(3900 South resident) raised concerns about disconnected sidewalks, lack of pedestrian infrastructure, and poor lighting in northern Holladay compared to southern Holladay.
Ty Morrison
(2867 East 4430 South) raised concerns about speeding (50–60 mph) and lack of sidewalk on the steep hill from Wasatch down to 2300 East. Mayor Dahle noted it is a State Road, limiting City options; increased enforcement was identified as the most viable solution.
