Non-Substantive Corrections Policy — The City Council confirmed agreement to add standing language to future agendas authorizing the City Recorder, under supervision of the City Manager and in consultation with the City Attorney, to make non-substantive corrections (grammatical, numerical, or consistency-related) to Ordinances and Resolutions.

Street Vacation at 2755 E. Hillsden Drive
No public comments received. Planning Commission recommended approval with condition that future improvements be coordinated with Public Works Department for safety compliance.
Street Vacation at 1720 E. Bunkerhill Road
Todd Porter (applicant) spoke in support, describing weed mitigation efforts, unpaved road conditions, and desire to move trailers into a garage. Harold Bateman (50+ year resident) expressed support, stating the proposal would beautify the neighborhood. Planning Commission forwarded a unanimous recommendation of approval.
Utah Community Clean Energy Program
Doug Stark spoke in support, citing long-standing interest in renewable energy dating to his membership in Utah Solar Advocates in the 1970s–1980s. Five communities have already adopted the Ordinance.

Announced that City Manager Gina Chamness was nominated for and will receive the Distinguished Service Award for an Appointed Official from the Utah American Society for Public Administration.

Recapped the Neighbors Prepared Fair — over 700 attendees; highlighted Emergency Management Coordinator Allison Jester's role.
Council Member Bradley
Attended Utah PTA Awards; Megan Carter (Oakwood Elementary volunteer) received an outstanding PTA volunteer award. Announced the Page to Stage program will take place June 5, 2026.
